You will be the mastermind behind our digital presence and private network expansion, translating our "Atmosphere-as-a-Service" into a highly scalable, multi-crore business ecosystem.
Expected Skills:
UHNWI Lead Generation, Luxury Brand Positioning, PropTech/CRM Marketing, High-Ticket Sales Closure, Elite Network Building, Omnichannel Storytelling.
Expected Degree:
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a proven track record in high-ticket luxury sales and strategic brand growth.
Salary Range:
₹10,00,000 - ₹16,00,000 INR / Annum (Base + Aggressive Revenue Commission)
Responsibilities
- Growth Architecture: Design and execute highly targeted, omnichannel marketing campaigns—leveraging LinkedIn to capture corporate founders and Instagram to drive aspirational B2C desire.
- High-Ticket Sales Pipeline: Build, manage, and ruthlessly optimize the sales funnels for our core revenue engines: luxury property management, UHNW relocations, and bespoke corporate retreats.
- Tech-Driven Automation: Leverage our CRM and AI-driven content frameworks to automate organic lead generation at scale, without ever sacrificing the brand's "white-glove" exclusivity.
- Elite Partnership Development: Forge and nurture strategic alliances with luxury lifestyle influencers, private wealth managers, and premium brands (e.g., fine spirits, high-end automotive) to expand the Iris Select network.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously analyze data and macro-trends within Goa’s booming luxury real estate and migration sectors to position Iris Select three steps ahead of the competition.
Must Have
- The Luxury Pedigree: 4+ years of proven success in luxury marketing, high-ticket sales, premium real estate, or high-end hospitality growth.
- The Closer's Instinct: A demonstrable track record of closing high-value contracts or securing long-term retainers with highly demanding, affluent clients.
- Brand Psychology: Exceptional copywriting and visual curation skills with a deep, intuitive understanding of how the top 1% consumes content and makes purchasing decisions.
- Data-Driven Execution: You don't just rely on aesthetics; you track conversion rates, optimize CRM workflows, and build mathematically sound sales funnels.
- Impeccable Communication: Flawless English presentation skills, capable of pitching multi-crore lifestyle packages to C-suite executives and investors with absolute authority.
Nice to have
- The "Black Book": A pre-existing, active network of HNI/UHNWI individuals across Tier-1 Indian cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore).
- AI Mastery: Familiarity with ERP Marketing, Sales, and Website modules, as well as experience leveraging AI agents for content amplification.
- Event Marketing Experience: Previous experience monetizing and marketing highly exclusive, invite-only luxury events.
