We are searching for a visionary Premium Event Manager to conceptualize, produce, and execute hyper-exclusive, invite-only events for our UHNW clientele across Goa. From intimate private chef dinners and yacht charters to high-profile brand launches and multi-day investor summits, you will be the architect of our "Atmosphere-as-a-Service." If you possess a cinematic eye for detail, an elite roster of local vendors, and the ability to pull off the impossible with flawless grace, this is your stage.
Expected Skills:
High-End Event Production, UHNWI Guest Relations, Elite Vendor Management, Experiential Design, Crisis Resolution, VIP Security Coordination.
Expected Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or a proven portfolio of luxury event production.
Salary Range:
₹8,00,000 - ₹14,00,000 INR / Annum (Base + Event Execution Bonuses)
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Experiential Production: Design and execute bespoke, world-class events for our UHNW clients and investors, handling everything from creative conceptualization to final on-ground execution.
- Elite Vendor Orchestration: Source, negotiate, and manage Goa’s top-tier talent and vendors—including celebrity chefs, international mixologists, premium decorators, AV specialists, and private security details.
- Private Villa & Yacht Activations: Transform our luxury real estate portfolio into breathtaking event spaces, ensuring all logistics (power, permits, valet, sound laws) are managed without disrupting the luxury experience.
- Brand & Partnership Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to host exclusive Iris Select community events, such as investor networking weekends, luxury brand collaborations, and VIP property showcases.
- On-Ground Command: Serve as the ultimate "showrunner" during events, anticipating friction points and resolving crises instantly before the client or guests ever notice.
Must Have
- The Production Pedigree: 4+ years of hands-on experience in luxury event management, VIP hospitality, premium nightlife, or experiential marketing.
- The "Little Black Book": An active, robust network of the absolute best, most reliable vendors, entertainers, and local authorities across North and South Goa.
- Cinematic Attention to Detail: An obsessive understanding of how lighting, sound, scent, and spatial design impact the psychology of a luxury event.
- Unflappable Execution: The emotional resilience and quick-thinking required to pivot logistics seamlessly when weather, talent, or client whims change at the last minute.
- Impeccable Professionalism: Polished communication and grooming standards suitable for interfacing directly with celebrities, industry titans, and UHNW families.

- Tech & Systems Fluency: Experience utilizing CRM and event management software to track RSVPs, manage ticketing, and control event budgets.
- PR & Influencer Network: Established relationships with luxury lifestyle influencers, media, and PR agencies across India.
- Sponsorship Acumen: Experience securing and integrating luxury brand sponsors (e.g., premium automotive, fine spirits, high jewelry) into private events.
