Salary Range: 

₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 INR / Annum (Base + Annual Performance Bonus)

Responsibilities

  • High-Stakes Transaction Management: Oversee UHNW client transactions, escrow management, and seamless financial onboarding for multi-crore luxury villa acquisitions.
  • Ecosystem Accounting: Manage the full financial lifecycle using ERP, including streamlined invoicing, rapid vendor payouts, payroll administration, and real-time cash flow reporting.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Command: Ensure strict, uncompromising compliance with Goan real estate regulations (RERA), local taxation, and NRI investment guidelines (FEMA).
  • Corporate Administration: Streamline daily business operations by overseeing office logistics, legal documentation, vendor contracts, and baseline HR administrative frameworks.
  • Strategic Governance: Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, legal counsel, and elite banking partners to maintain bulletproof corporate governance and financial health.

Must Have

  • Financial Pedigree: 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or corporate administration, ideally within luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, or wealth management.
  • Uncompromising Integrity: Absolute discretion and trustworthiness when handling highly sensitive UHNW financial data and large-scale capital movements.
  • Process Architecture: Rigorous attention to detail with a proven ability to build, document, and scale financial processes from the ground up rather than just maintaining them.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: The ability to communicate complex financial realities clearly to non-financial stakeholders, founders, and VIP clients.
  • Tech Proficiency: High comfort level with modern ERP systems, advanced spreadsheets, and cloud-based financial administration.

Nice to have

  • ERP Mastery: Deep, hands-on expertise with Accounting, Invoicing, and HR modules.
  • Local Market Expertise: Familiarity with Goa-specific property laws, stamp duties, and the nuances of international/NRI transaction structuring.
  • Startup Agility: Previous experience scaling the administrative and financial operations of a high-growth startup or boutique luxury firm.
