We are seeking an elite Account/Lifestyle Manager to serve as the dedicated private concierge and primary liaison for our UHNW clients living in or visiting Goa. You are the invisible engine powering their seamless lifestyle—from securing impossible reservations and chartering last-minute yachts, to coordinating with their estate staff for flawless villa operations. Expected Degree:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Business Administration, or extensive background in luxury concierge/VIP services.
Salary Range:
₹7,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 INR / Annum (Base + Performance/Retention Bonuses)
Responsibilities
- Bespoke Lifestyle Curation: Act as the dedicated single point of contact for assigned UHNW clients, anticipating their lifestyle needs and curating hyper-personalized Goan experiences (private dining, yacht charters, exclusive event access).
- Estate & Operations Oversight: Liaise with the client's household staff, property managers, and Iris Select's maintenance teams to ensure their villa operates at a 5-star standard year-round.
- Proactive Client Success: Conduct regular, high-touch check-ins with clients to ensure their transition and ongoing life in Goa exceeds expectations, resolving any friction points instantly.
- VIP Vendor Coordination: Manage and expand a curated list of premium local vendors (private chefs, mixologists, wellness practitioners, chauffeurs) to deploy on-demand for your clients.
- Discretion & Privacy Management: Handle highly sensitive client requests, financial transactions, and personal itineraries with absolute confidentiality and white-glove professionalism.
Must Have
- The Hospitality Gene: 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, VIP guest relations, high-end lifestyle management, or a premier concierge service
- Extreme Emotional Intelligence: The ability to read the room, understand unstated client preferences, and adapt your communication style to highly demanding, successful individuals.
- Hyper-Responsive Problem Solving: A proactive mindset that anticipates roadblocks. You don't just react to client requests; you solve problems before the client even realizes they exist.
- Impeccable Communication: Flawless English proficiency, both written and verbal, with a refined and polished demeanor suitable for interacting with the top 1%.
- Organizational Mastery: The ability to manage complex, overlapping itineraries and requests for multiple high-profile accounts simultaneously.

- The Local Edge: An existing, active network with Goa's premium restaurants, beach clubs, event organizers, and luxury service providers.
- Tech Fluency: Experience using modern CRM systems to log client preferences, track requests, and manage account health.
- Multilingual: Fluency in additional languages (Hindi, Russian, European languages) to cater to our diverse international and domestic UHNW clientele.
