To ensure a smooth onboarding process, please have the following information and documents ready before you begin the registration form:
- Company Details: Legal company name, registered address, and primary contact information.
- Tax Information: Your valid GSTIN / Tax Identification Number and Corporate Identification Number (CIN) if applicable.
- Compliance Documents: A clear digital copy (PDF or Image) of your Business License or GST Certificate.
- Authorized Signatory: The individual filling out this form must have the legal authority to electronically sign and accept the Master B2B Vendor Agreement.
